Position: Student Recruitment Coordinator (Schools)
Location: Sydney, Australia

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our Sydney Future Students portfolio. As part of the Domestic Recruitment and Access team, you will play a crucial role in recruiting prospective students for the University of Sydney. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with schools, implementing strategic programs, and attending events to promote the University.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools to attract prospective students
– Support the Student Recruitment Manager in implementing strategic programs and projects
– Attend events on behalf of the University to promote its offerings
– Plan and deliver multiple events and outreach activities
– Provide timely and effective services to the schools network

Candidate Requirements:
– Experience working in the higher education industry, with a focus on high schools
– Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team
– Strong experience in coordinating multiple administration projects
– Demonstrated knowledge of customer/client focused strategies
– Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
– Ability to work well in a small team and contribute to a goal-oriented environment
– Creative and solution-focused mindset for continuous service improvements

Requirements:
– Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian Permanent Residency
– Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
– Pre-employment and background checks are required
– Working with Children Check clearance is necessary for child-related work
