We are seeking a Student Immigration & Compliance Data Manager to undertake a key role in providing highly detailed and dynamic immigration advice to international students and to manage and development of an effective Student Immigration & Compliance Service.
Within this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the team which will include providing advice and implementing national compliance legislation and policy at Regent’s. This is a varied role involving a combination of highly specialist immigration advice provision and management of key sponsorship compliance activities. You will also ensure the University is compliant with UKVI regulations and continues to maintain its sponsor license.
To be successful, you will have a substantial background of advising students and staff on a wide range of immigration issues. You can also speak to your experiences of working in Student Route visa compliance within the education sector. You will have a background in leading and managing staff, as well as extensive experience of using student records systems (preferably SITS) to run reports. In addition, you will have exemplary communication skills, able to convey complex legal information to a variety of stakeholders and a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
