Laurus Education is a vocational education, training, and ELICOS management company that oversees multiple institutes across Australia. We are currently looking for a full-time Student Experience Administrator to join our team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing student services and experiences, working independently with current students and team members to support our central management team. Your main focus will be on developing and executing student experiences, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries that our students may have.

Key responsibilities for this role include excellent people skills, the ability to explain complex information in a simple way, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a strong teamwork mentality. Experience working with international students, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in general administrative duties are all important qualifications for this position.
