About this Opportunity:
– Fixed term position until 31.03.2028
– Full-time position in the Student Success Division at CQUniversity Rockhampton, Melbourne or Sydney
– Higher Education Worker Level 5
– Total Remuneration $89,263 to $100,422 per annum (including salary of $75,429 to $84,849 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

– Student Enrichment Programs Officer position available, working closely with the Team Leader to provide program management, event coordination, administrative support, and digital communications assistance.
– Responsibilities include coordinating programs to enhance the student experience, managing marketing and communications content across digital channels, analyzing data for reports, and building effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
– Ideal candidate possesses initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and relevant administrative experience.
– Desired skills and qualities include program management experience, proficiency in managing creative content, strong reporting and analytical skills, and adaptability to new concepts and information.

Position Requirements:
– Support the provision of enriching and experiential learning opportunities aligned with the University’s strategic objectives.
– Assist in coordinating and delivering programs and staff/student partnership initiatives in collaboration with relevant staff and Academic Leads.
– Contribute to engagement campaigns, social media presence, and communication strategies.
– Prepare high-quality correspondence and documentation, ensuring quality control and dissemination.
– Handle client inquiries and provide assistance using relevant policies and guidelines.
