About the Role:
The Student Engagement Advisor plays a key role in aiding our diverse student community—including those at Torrens University, Media Design School, and Think Education—in successfully progressing through their studies. The role involves managing outbound and inbound student communications to ensure consistent re-enrolment. Both domestic and international student retention are pivotal, and the role is based in Adelaide, with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement post-probation.

Important Note:
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. There are no sponsorship opportunities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with domestic and international students through various channels to promote continuous enrolment.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service, handling enquiries related to subject selection, withdrawals, and study loads.
  • Resolve technical queries related to system and portal access.
  • Achieve revenue and retention targets for returning students each trimester.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of experience in Australian higher education, particularly in student recruitment, contact centres, or services.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, working autonomously.
