About the Job
Are you experienced in delivering high-quality customer service in a Higher Education or related setting? Are you seeking a challenging role in a vibrant environment that welcomes new ideas?

We have an exciting strategic role available within the Academic Partnerships and Global Engagement team. This role involves leading, managing, and shaping our academic partnership portfolio, as well as directly managing several key academic partnerships at UEL.

As part of our forward-thinking team, you will provide strategic input, drive process improvement, and offer day-to-day support to effectively manage UEL’s academic accounts in Egypt and the Middle East. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service will be demonstrated through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will also lead and support operational activities aligned with our ambitious business growth targets.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of working with academic partners in a higher education setting. We are seeking an exceptional project manager and communicator with experience in delivering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), effectively managing teams, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results. Strong organizational, analytical, and account management skills are essential. The successful candidate will also possess a high level of understanding regarding the operational procedures required to develop and monitor existing academic partnerships.
