### About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Mobility team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of short-term mobility programs for students. Our Education Strategy aims to ‘enhance opportunities for physical and virtual mobility for our students, contributing to their skills development and employability.” Short Term Mobility programs offer students the chance to gain international experience outside of term time.

In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective student communication, marketing of opportunities, and successful program delivery. You will also assist the Short Term Mobility Manager in managing the Turing Scheme, a government-funded initiative that provides financial support to students undertaking international experiences during their university years. Your responsibilities will include processing Turing Scheme grants and offering financial support to students for international experiences ranging from 4 weeks to a full year abroad.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to organise events for future year-abroad students, recruit and manage student ambassadors, and lead on the organisation and operational delivery of the SJTU/Warwick Global Challenge.

For informal inquiries, please contact Maria Fox (Head of Student Mobility) at Maria.Fox@warwick.ac.uk.

### About You
