The School of Biological Sciences is seeking a Senior Teaching Associate to lead the development and delivery of Bioinformatics training materials at the University of Cambridge. The role will involve developing and delivering new training materials for the Bioinformatics Training Facility’s portfolio of courses, with a focus on bioinformatics related training material. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant specialist subject or have an equivalent level of experience, with excellent understanding of bioinformatics pipelines and computational biology, mathematical or statistical topics. The role will also involve delivering training and support to participants, liaising with academic staff, and contributing to the organization of training activities.
