**About the Role:**

The King’s Foundations department offers academic preparation programs for international students looking to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in the UK. The Senior Student Experience Officer (Progression) is a dynamic role focused on managing the progression of King’s Foundations students into undergraduate and postgraduate programs at King’s College London and other institutions. This position involves overseeing progression processes and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for students.

The role requires the development of accurate and comprehensive progression data models to guide King’s Foundation strategy and help students realize their potential in higher education. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams, and possess a positive, solution-oriented approach. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with an indefinite contract, expected to operate in a hybrid model with at least 40% on-site presence.

**About You:**

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

**Essential Criteria:**
– Substantial experience supporting student experiences in Higher or Further Education settings.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
– Experience managing large projects, effectively prioritizing, delegating tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
– Proficiency in analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and present complex information through reports accessible to varied audiences.
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and online platforms, with a readiness to learn new systems as needed. High proficiency in Excel and report generation using tools like PowerBi is essential.
– A strong commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace.

**Desirable Criteria:**
– Degree-level education.
– Experience organizing small and large events.
– Understanding of the UCAS application process.
