**Position Overview**

As the Senior Programme Manager for the Early Careers Launchpad, you will lead a strategic initiative aimed at empowering young Rhodes alumni by offering them comprehensive career development opportunities. We are looking for a proactive leader with strong project management abilities and a passion for fostering young talent through innovative programmes and partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Oversee the management and delivery of the programme
– Engage with stakeholders effectively
– Coordinate mentorship initiatives
– Execute workshops and webinars
– Provide career coaching and work placement services
– Support entrepreneurial and research activities
– Exemplify the Trust’s values of commitment, inclusion, belonging, growth, and innovation
– Perform any other duties pertinent to the role, as requested
– Uphold the Rhodes Trust’s values, ethos, and mission

**Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:**

– **Proven Programme Management:** Significant experience in managing complex, multifaceted programmes, ideally within career services or alumni relations across various geographies and audiences
– **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead intricate projects collaboratively
– **Network and Partnership Building:** Demonstrated success in forging relationships with external partners and stakeholders across different industries
– **Event Planning Expertise:** Skilled in organising and conducting virtual and in-person events with meticulous attention to detail
– **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to engage a diverse range of individuals and groups effectively
– **Tech-Savvy:** Competent in using contemporary technology and digital tools for event management (e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
– **Educational Background:** A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree in business administration, education, or related fields is preferred

**Other Requirements:**

– Willingness to travel internationally to co-deliver programmes and engage with key stakeholders
– Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
– Proximity to Oxford for on-site responsibilities, with options for partial remote work
