Drive the implementation of student marketing and recruitment operations, including promoting and engaging with institutional partners and agents. Take on a leadership role in an expanded team with various stakeholders. This is a continuing, full-time position with a salary range of $119,500 to $126,268 per annum (plus 17% superannuation). Flexible work arrangements are available, including off-campus work.
The main responsibilities of the role include managing and leading a high-performance, customer service-focused international recruitment and marketing team. This involves developing market-specific strategies and tactics to ensure sustainable growth of the international student load and revenue. Collaboration with different departments within the university, such as faculties and the Division of Customer Experience, is essential to leverage expertise and achieve positive student acquisition outcomes.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a proven track record in delivering effective international student acquisition outcomes. Extensive experience relevant to the role is required. Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous process improvement in a complex work environment, are necessary. Familiarity with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and other international education regulatory frameworks is essential.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities are also important for this role, as demonstrated achievement of strategic objectives.
