**The Role and the Department**
The international office is tasked with:
– Recruiting international students across all university areas to achieve institutional objectives.
– Developing and managing international partnerships and relationships with key sponsors and international stakeholders to enhance the University’s global profile, achieve recruitment targets, and aid academic staff in fostering international links and collaborations.
– Overseeing the University’s student mobility programs, including Erasmus and other exchange partnerships, to meet student mobility goals.
The Senior Administrator will lead a team of administrators supporting the International Office’s functions, including managing inbound and outbound delegations, overseeing a range of education agents and sponsor organizations, supporting internal communications, and managing the Director – International’s diary.

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
1. Five GCSEs at grade C or level four (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics, plus a Post-16 qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Experience in developing and delivering administrative services.
3. Experience in providing advice and guidance to various customers and colleagues.
4. Experience in implementing policies and procedures.
5. Experience in supervising or managing a team or a line management qualification.

– Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to share practices and work collaboratively on initiatives.
