What the Role Entails:
We are looking for a passionate and data-savvy professional to shape the experience of international applicants, ensuring their journey from enquiry to enrolment is smooth, welcoming, and efficient. As the International Applicant Journey Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing multi-channel engagement strategies, refining processes, and working with a dynamic and driven team to create a supportive and connected environment for incoming international students.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a small team focused on applicant engagement and communication.
- Delivering high-quality, personalised interactions to increase the conversion of international applicants from prospective enquiry to enrollee.
- Leveraging data insights to refine application processes and drive improvement in applicant experience.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent standards and practices across international recruitment and admissions interactions.
