What is the Role About?
As a Senior Future Student Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the application process from initial inquiry to enrolment. You’ll represent Collarts at recruitment events, such as Open Days and Career Expos, and deliver engaging, tailored recommendations across channels like phone, email, and text. Duties include:
- Achieving enrolment targets through proactive outreach.
- Conducting auditions, interviews, and campus tours.
- Managing accurate data within CRM systems and reporting outcomes.
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to enhance engagement.
With Collarts, you’ll work in a dynamic hybrid environment at our Wellington Street campus in Collingwood, Victoria, with flexibility to work from home.
