The Senior Education Liaison Officer (Regional Manager (Europe)) position is now available on a full-time basis starting from 3rd October 2023. We are looking for someone with specialized experience in student recruitment, higher education marketing, and admissions within the higher education sector.
This role involves working in a dynamic environment alongside motivated and skilled colleagues who are dedicated to achieving targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, supporting student recruitment and admissions through external engagement and personalized communication. They will also play a direct role in achieving the University’s European admissions targets.
We are seeking a forward planner who can contribute a clear and concise vision that adds value to the existing activities of the team. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, agile, professional, authentic, and a team player.
The Senior Education Liaison Officer will be accountable for key performance indicators related to undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment. They will also be responsible for planning and developing the European recruitment strategy. Objectives include promoting the University in target markets, ensuring applications from qualified candidates, engaging with applicants using digital tools, facilitating quick conversion from offer holders, and keeping new students and their influencers well-informed about the steps to matriculation.
The role also involves developing regular reports to inform strategic decision making and providing advice to the Admissions leadership team and Principal’s Office based on market analysis and specialist expertise.
The higher education sector is currently facing challenges, and thus, excellent communication, organizational, and managerial skills are required.
