**Job Opportunity: Senior Course Administrator, Department for Continuing Education**

In this role, you’ll lead the administration of the International Politics and Theology Summer Schools and support the Senior Course Administrator for the Oxford Experience summer programme.

– With this position, we seek individuals with substantial office experience and superior administrative and event/course organisation skills.
– A keen eye for detail, cooperative team spirit, and the ability to maintain precision while adhering to institutional procedures are vital.
– Tech-savvy applicants proficient with MS Office and those who employ technology to streamline administrative processes will stand out.
– Familiarity with the University of Oxford’s operations and the city itself is a plus.
– You must show adaptability with work hours, particularly during the seven-week summer schools, where additional hours on Sundays and Friday evenings are expected, for which enhanced overtime pay is provided.
