**Job Description: Senior Course Administrator at Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE)**

**About the Role:**
Join the prestigious Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) as a Senior Course Administrator in the Professional and Open Access Courses team. Your main responsibility will be to manage the administration of spring and summer schools for international students, along with bespoke courses and events throughout the year. You will also coordinate the Oxford Teachers’ Academy professional development courses, in collaboration with Oxford University Press (OUP), and provide support for various international courses and projects. Please note that you will be required to work during the summer and attend weekly evening and weekend events from June to September.

**About You:**
Applicants should possess a strong background in student administration with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experience with coordinating residential summer schools for international students, alongside other short courses and events, is crucial. You must be adept at handling queries via email, phone, and in person, and enjoy working with a diverse group of people from around the world. Proficiency in financial tasks such as budgeting is essential. Flexibility, attention to detail, collaborative work style, and the ability to multi-task efficiently are key attributes for success in this role.
