We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to become part of our Global Recruitment Admissions and Marketing Operations Team. The role of Senior Administrative Officer – International will also involve supporting ONCAMPUS, our foundation pathway provider, and acting as a deputy to the GRAM Operations Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Act as deputy lead for the Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing Operations Manager, ensuring the delivery of efficient support according to service standards.
– Provide operational support for the ONCAMPUS pathway program, including administrative assistance for strategic projects and daily operations.
– Coordinate and participate in various engagement events and recruitment activities, both virtual and in-person, for ONCAMPUS staff, agents, and students.
– Address enquiries related to operations support for the International Office.
– Organize inward visits from students, agent partners, and international schools.
– Conduct regular meeting planning, coordination, and minute-taking.
**Requirements:**
– Friendly and adaptable with strong organizational and customer service skills.
– Skilled in problem solving, a key aspect of our customer support.
– Proactive in identifying process, system, and service improvements through constructive stakeholder relationships.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
– Strong time management and organizational capability, able to manage workloads effectively to meet business needs.
– Keen attention to detail and flexible in undertaking additional duties as needed.
– Experience in processing and analyzing datasets using various systems.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
