Sector Engagement Manager Position at QAA (Maternity Cover)

About the Job:
The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) is seeking a Sector Engagement Manager for a maternity cover role. This pivotal position is within an influential organization at the heart of the UK’s tertiary education sector. As the UK’s independent quality body, QAA plays a vital role in ensuring all students and learners receive top-tier education. You will be key to developing and maintaining strong relationships with both UK and international clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will involve engaging with partners through networks, events, and publications, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of various stakeholders while contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should bring a strategic and customer-centric mindset, paired with exceptional relationship management skills. Experience in customer engagement, marketing, or membership management will be crucial. You’ll need to adeptly analyze customer data and translate findings into effective engagement strategies.
