Schmidt Science Fellows, an initiative of Schmidt Sciences in collaboration with the Rhodes Trust, was founded in 2017 by Eric and Wendy Schmidt.

### The Position

We are looking for a committed and proactive Program Manager to ensure the success of our prominent Science Leadership Program (SLP) through detailed planning, coordination, and implementation. You will report to and work closely with the SLP Director, playing a pivotal role in maintaining both operational and program excellence, and pursuing continuous improvement across all facets of the program.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional with a passion for fostering the next generation of science leaders. The Science Leadership Program comprises three approximately 7-day meetings every year, held in various global locations, including Northern California, Boston, and Oxford, UK. Each meeting is unique, but our dedication to delivering top-tier quality and ensuring an exceptional experience for our Fellows and partners remains unwavering.
