We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and shaping the future of the School of Medicine at St Mary’s University. The chosen candidate will have the chance to craft and implement a comprehensive international student recruitment and marketing strategy aimed at meeting ambitious goals as we gear up for the school’s debut in 2026.

This position requires substantial independent travel to various countries that align well with our offerings. Once appointed, you will act as the primary contact for managing inquiries from prospective students and partners, optimizing applications and conversion rates from priority regions.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

**Essential Qualifications**

– Bachelor’s degree.

**Knowledge and Experience**

– Prior experience in international medical school student recruitment or admissions.
– Familiarity with the UK Higher Education system, specifically trends relating to international students.
– Understanding of international education systems.
– Proven track record in developing and executing marketing or recruitment plans, and creating regular progress reports.
– Experience in conducting market research and data analysis to guide strategic decisions.

– Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to forge effective relationships.
– Confident and engaging public speaker.

– Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
– Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
– Collaborative team player.

**Desirable Qualifications**

– Professional marketing certification.
– Experience of working or studying abroad.
– Fluency in a language spoken in the target regions.
