OVERVIEW The Global Education Fellow for International Student Engagement is a limited-term, one-year, part-time position at the University of Richmond focused on supporting international students’ experience on campus. Working 20–30 hours per week, the role centers on student advising, programming, and collaboration across campus to strengthen international student well-being, engagement, and integration. This position is well suited for professionals interested in hands-on international student support within a U.S. higher education context. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Serve as a primary advisor for international students. – Facilitate the well-being, campus integration, and engagement of international students. – Provide advising and mentoring support to international students. – Coordinate events and activities, including International Education Week programming. – Support study abroad and international education programming. – Manage communications related to international student engagement. – Manage data connected to international student engagement initiatives. – Liaise with international student organizations. – Collaborate with campus offices and university departments on international education initiatives.
