The university is currently seeking a Residential Experience Coordinator (Job Opening ID #531609), responsible for overseeing student residents within the residential hall complexes. This role involves coordinating community and student development, including student advisement and counseling, crisis intervention, programming, discipline, and training. The coordinator will also interpret and implement housing policy, oversee the living-learning community within residence halls, and maintain regular contact with students, faculty, and staff.

The desired qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least two years of experience, or a master’s degree. A master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, or a similar field is preferred, along with previous experience in Housing and Residential Life. The salary for this role is $46,000.

The work schedule for the Residential Experience Coordinator is from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. However, the coordinator should be available to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed. They may also be required to work on university holidays. The coordinator will be expected to live on campus and be on call or on duty.

Pre-employment requirements for this position include a criminal background check, driver’s license check, and fingerprinting check.
