### About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Research Manager to join the What Works Hub for Global Education (WWHGE), an ambitious six-year, £30 million global research and policy initiative. You will work closely with the Academic Director, Noam Angrist, and the Senior Research Manager on developing a new science of implementation under Pillar 3 of the WWHGE. Your responsibilities include conducting primary and secondary research, contributing to the creation of impactful research papers and policy products, managing complex research projects, and fostering partnerships within Pillar 3.

### About You

You possess experience in managing research activities and complex projects, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You have a passion for international development, a keen sense of curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail. A Master’s degree relevant to the WWHGE, combined with substantial and pertinent work experience, is required.
