The Research & Enterprise Directorate at Queen’s University Belfast is currently looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Research Development Manager for the EU/Global (Interdisciplinary) department. The main focus of this role is to support the growth of the university’s research portfolio and increase engagement with international research funding schemes. Responsibilities include encouraging and supporting the submission of proposals to various funding bodies, with an emphasis on EU schemes, as well as All-island and international funding opportunities. The successful candidate must have a 2:1 Honours Degree or equivalent qualification, substantial relevant experience in a similar role, knowledge of the research funding landscape, and experience in initiating and developing large-scale collaborative research funding applications.
