This full-time post is funded for up to 24 months. The University of Glasgow seeks to appoint a Research Associate within the School of Computing Science to contribute significantly to the Agile Research Network projects, in collaboration with Dr. Peggy Gregory. The role involves undertaking empirical research, writing research papers, and identifying practical improvements with collaborators. The successful candidate will leverage their methodological expertise and work in synergy with other academic team members.

**Key Requirements**:

– Educated to PhD level in a relevant subject
– Thorough understanding of agile software development
– Excellent organizational skills
– Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
– Strong research and academic writing capabilities

**Responsibilities**:

– Conduct high-level empirical research
