A well-established VET and ELICOS college located in Sydney’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Establish and foster relationships with education agents locally and internationally. Strengthen existing agent relationships to increase student recruitment. Screen education agents to ensure they meet our rigorous approval criteria. Identify new opportunities to promote the college and its courses. Proactively recruit new international students. Achieve monthly student enrollment targets in assigned market/s. Monitor agent activities to ensure compliance with relevant codes and MINT Training policies and procedures. Communicate with Education & Migration Consultants and other student recruitment channels. Possess strong verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking and the ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences. The successful candidate should have: A Diploma qualification or higher, or equivalent. Knowledge of the ESOS Act, the National Code 2018, and Immigration Student Visa regulations. Demonstrated sales and/or marketing experience in the International Education market. Experience in the VET sector. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one target region language. A strong understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits. Ability to establish and maintain national and international business relationships. Proficiency in computer skills and general administrative duties.
