This is a full-time position, and you’ll be a vital point of contact for our Education Agents. You’ll need to provide top-notch customer service, understand agent needs, and communicate effectively with both international students and agents. You must be knowledgeable about RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and have at least 2 years of experience in the education industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Providing ongoing support, service, and training to our existing agent network
– Sourcing, appointing, and training new agents
– Implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets
– Coordinating acquisition marketing initiatives to achieve sales and pipeline targets
– Conducting market research and providing reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager
– Preparing marketing reports and materials such as performance reports, course information, brochures, flyers, and website content
– Responding to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Coordinating with other departments to provide solutions and support for individual cases
– Managing the team and coordinating campus operations
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
– 2+ years of experience in international education sales and marketing role
– Fluent in English, and additional language skills preferred
– Focused on customer satisfaction with the ability to communicate and consult with stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment
– Problem-solving skills with the ability to find appropriate solutions
– Strong empathy for agents and students from diverse cultural backgrounds
– High motivation and strong work ethic
– Organizational skills and deadline-driven
– Effective conflict resolution skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality, and professional appearance.
