The University of Lincoln is offering a permanent, full-time Regional Manager position for East Asia, working 37 hours per week. This role is integral to nurturing our diverse community of global students and advancing our ambitious international goals.
As the Regional Manager for East Asia, you will join our International Office and contribute to showcasing Lincoln as a premier place for education and living. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing the university’s student recruitment and marketing strategies, focusing on China and Hong Kong. Additionally, you will lead the China and UK International recruitment teams and foster institutional partnerships in the region.
Cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential, as you will manage a network of international representatives, partnerships, and student sponsors in various target markets. The role requires overseas travel for up to 15 weeks annually, with additional travel as needed, and domestic travel across the UK for partner meetings, events, and conferences. Proficiency in Mandarin at a native level is mandatory.
Our International Office follows a hybrid work model, necessitating in-office presence at least two days per week, specifically on Mondays and Wednesdays, along with on-campus work for meetings and events as required.
