We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Head of International Recruitment and Partnerships to lead our Africa, Middle East, and UK International regional team during a pivotal time. This position is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave for the current post holder.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing an integrated recruitment engagement strategy for the Africa, Middle East, and UKI region to meet the ambitious targets outlined in our International Strategic Plans.

About You:
With experience in international higher education, you understand the value international activities bring to a world-class university. You will have significant expertise in international recruitment and partnerships, possess excellent communication and marketing skills, and be capable of liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure success.
