**Position Details**
– **Full-Time Equivalent (FTE):** 1.0 FTE (37 hours per week)
– **Salary:** Starting at UH8 £45,163 per annum with potential to increase to £56,921 per annum through annual increments based on acquired skills and experience
– **Annual Leave:** 30 days, plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days, including office closure between Christmas and New Year
– **Location:** College Lane Campus, Hatfield
We are looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our international recruitment team within the International Office. The role of Regional Customer Success Manager – South Asia involves executing the University’s international strategy in the region, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position plays an integral role in fulfilling the University’s ambitions for international recruitment and global outreach.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Set sales targets for the South Asia region, establishing goals for overseas offices and recruitment channels.
– Manage the annual regional budget and regularly report to the Head of International Recruitment and Finance.
– Implement and assess the University’s international strategy within the region.
– Provide strategic leadership to the regional team, ensuring sales targets are met.
– Collaborate across the University and with the marketing department to develop a cohesive regional marketing strategy, enhancing sales performance and minimizing risks.
**Required Skills and Experience**
– Proven success in a similar role, with a history of meeting sales targets.
– Significant administrative experience, preferably in international admissions.
– Proficiency in communicating with foreign nationals both over the phone and via email for extended periods.
– Strong organizational and IT skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Dedication to delivering high-quality service and demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
– Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
– Knowledge of a relevant second language is beneficial, as is an understanding of international student recruitment challenges in South Asia.
