**Position: Regional Customer Success Manager – South Asia**
– **Full-Time Equivalent (FTE):** 1.0 (37 hours per week)
– **Salary:** Starting at UH8 £45,163 per annum, with potential progression to £56,921 per annum through annual increments contingent on acquiring designated skills and experience.
– **Annual Leave:** 30 days, in addition to standard public holidays and an extra 4 days during the office closure between Christmas and New Year.
– **Location:** College Lane Campus, Hatfield
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our international recruitment team at the International Office. As the Regional Customer Success Manager for South Asia, you will play a key role in advancing the University’s international objectives. Your main responsibility will be to operationalize our corporate agenda in South Asia, engaging closely with both internal departments and external partners. Your efforts will directly support the University’s strategic goals for expanding international recruitment and strengthening global connections.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Set and oversee sales targets for the South Asia region, including targets for overseas offices and recruitment channels.
– Manage the regional annual budget, and provide regular progress reports to the Head of International Recruitment and Finance.
– Execute and assess the University’s international strategy in the region, offering strategic direction and leadership to the regional team.
– Ensure sales targets are met, and develop a comprehensive regional marketing strategy in coordination with the marketing department to optimize recruitment models and channels while minimizing risks.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
– Proven success in a similar role with a history of meeting sales targets.
– Substantial administrative experience, particularly in international admissions, is crucial.
– Skilled in extended communication with foreign nationals via phone and email.
– Excellent organizational and IT capabilities, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong commitment to high-quality service delivery and adept at negotiation.
– Experience in building relationships across diverse environments and cultures.
– Proficiency in a relevant second language is advantageous, along with knowledge of international student recruitment challenges in South Asia.
**Qualifications Required:**
– A minimum of a degree or equivalent education/experience is essential.
