Job Opportunity: Recruitment and Conversion Manager at the University of Glasgow
The University of Glasgow, a prestigious institution ranked among the top 100 universities globally, is searching for an enthusiastic Recruitment and Conversion Manager to enhance the dynamic team at the Adam Smith Business School (ASBS). This permanent full-time role is pivotal in driving strategic student recruitment and conversion efforts, in alignment with the School’s growth aspirations and broader strategic objectives.
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment and Conversion Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment and conversion process for prospective students and those holding offers from ASBS. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement the Learning & Teaching strategy of the School with a particular emphasis on achieving recruitment targets, fostering international collaboration, and evolving the teaching portfolio. You will also play a critical role in facilitating the admissions process in partnership with the University’s External Relations department. While the role is primarily based in the UK, it may necessitate occasional international travel and some evening or weekend work. Relocation assistance is offered as appropriate.
