This role is a professional administration position within the Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement Team (AQPET) at UWE Bristol. The team provides expertise and guidance to academic and professional services colleagues, focusing on the quality monitoring and enhancement of UWE Bristol’s academic provision, professional relationships, and academic partnerships.
In this position, you will work closely with colleagues based in our regional offices across the Asia Pacific region. Your main responsibilities will involve providing advice and guidance on processes and documentation required for international students to progress onto UWE Bristol degree programs. Working closely with other AQPET members, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the expected academic quality of our partner colleges in the region.
We are seeking a candidate with broad-based administrative experience, particularly within the higher education sector. You should be familiar with complex regulatory frameworks and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and IT skills. Experience with database systems and minute-taking is also required. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to your professional development and delivering outstanding learning experiences for students.
To excel in this role, you should be able to balance multiple responsibilities in a flexible, proactive manner, using your initiative and collaborating with various stakeholders within the university and our academic partners. This position is based at our dynamic Frenchay campus.

This is a part-time, permanent position, requiring 18.5 hours of work per week. The schedule includes 4 hours on Wednesday, 7.5 hours on Thursday, and 7 hours on Friday, although there is some flexibility within these days.
Interviews will be conducted on November 17th.
