KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To help the Welfare Officer with welfare circumstances and supply pastoral help to college students (consistent with centre coverage).
  • To help college students in actively caring for their psychological and bodily well being.

  • Work with the Student Experience Team to organise and facilitate the scholar induction course of.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a pupil help setting, ideally with worldwide college students, or different comparable settings (Essential)
  • Experience in offering recommendation and steering to others.
  • Experience and understanding of safeguarding and selling the welfare of scholars.
  • Experience and understanding of compliance necessities in a tutorial setting.
  • High-level communication expertise with a capability to speak with key stakeholders together with college students in an expert and useful method.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work beneath stress to deadlines while sustaining an expert and calm method.
