Job Summary
The Programs Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director and Senior Programs Coordinator in managing the operations of the London Study Centre. This role requires strong organizational and numerical skills, along with a strong commitment to excellent student services. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and as part of a busy team. Flexibility and occasional work outside normal working hours, including weekends, are required. This position is suitable for a graduate with some office experience, preferably with a background in studying abroad or a strong interest in the US and its culture.
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 9am–5.30pm)
Reports to: Director, London Study Centre

The Accent London Study Centre provides logistical and academic support to study abroad students from the US, offering five classrooms, a student lounge, a library, and office space. The centre runs full semester and shorter programs, taught by London-based and visiting US faculty. In addition to academic courses, the centre also organizes guest speakers and events for students.

Key Duties:
1. Reception duties, including meeting visitors and handling routine phone calls and mail.
2. Responding to student enquiries and providing support.
3. Assisting students on site visits and field trips within London and the UK.
4. Ensuring preparation of classrooms and the Study Centre for classes.
5. Assisting with organizing and hosting special events at the centre.
6. Managing and tracking student visit bookings.
7. Providing support to other team members.
8. Organizing cultural or sporting activities for students.
9. Assisting with student arrivals.
10. Following Accent accounting procedures to ensure budget compliance and accurate financial accounts.
11. Maintaining professional communication with external organizations.
12. Providing emergency cover for students on the out-of-hours phone rota.

This role is fully office-based, as remote or hybrid work arrangements are not suitable.

Experience and Qualifications:
