Job Summary: The Programs Coordinator position at the London Study Centre supports the Director and Senior Programs Coordinator. The role requires excellent organizational and numeracy skills, as well as a strong commitment to student services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and flexibility to work outside normal hours. Recent graduates with a study abroad experience or an interest in the US and its culture are encouraged to apply. Job Details: – Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 9am-5.30pm) – Reporting to: Director, London Study Centre – Application Deadline: Midnight, Sunday 24th September 2023 – Salary: £28,000 per annum Responsibilities: – Reception duties, including meeting visitors and handling routine calls and post – Addressing student inquiries – Accompanying students on site visits and field trips – Ensuring classrooms and the Study Centre are properly prepared for classes – Assisting with special events – Organizing and managing student visit bookings – Supporting team members – Organizing cultural or sporting activities for students – Assisting with student arrivals – Following Accent accounting procedures and maintaining accurate accounts – Communicating with external organizations professionally Note: Duties may change over time and the role is office-based, with no remote or hybrid work options.
