Key Responsibilities
The position includes assisting the programme managers in administrative tasks, with an emphasis on:
- Application management: Handling the receipt and processing of US applications.
- Selection coordination: Organising and managing interview panels and preparing all relevant materials for the scholar selection process.
- Event logistics: Managing the logistics for key programme events hosted for Fulbright scholars in the UK and the US, including arranging venues, catering, and accommodation.
- Scholar support: Responding to scholars’ questions, addressing their needs, and providing assistance during their time with the programme.
