#### Company Overview

The Program Manager for Global Partnerships and International Travel in the Office of the Vice Provost for Global Affairs plays a pivotal role in facilitating global partnership initiatives and serving as the primary contact for university-wide international travel requests. This role requires a blend of facilitation, strategy, and support to both faculty and staff across the university, significantly contributing to risk mitigation associated with international travel.

### Key Responsibilities

**Facilitator:**
– Assist faculty in engaging with international activities.
– Maintain and update data related to global partnership activities.

**Strategist:**
– Identify patterns and opportunities for international engagement.
– Monitor internal and external resources to support global strategies.

**Enabler:**
– Provide essential administrative support including handling the international travel approval process.
– Manage OVPGA’s global partnership awards.

### Reporting Structure

– Reports to: Director of Global Partnerships
– Close collaboration with: Vice Provost for Global Affairs and the Associate Director of Global Partnerships
– Team: Active collaboration with other members within the OVPGA
