Position Overview: The Program Coordinator position is an integral part of Marist Italy’s branch campus operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating student activities, managing student events, supporting housing supervision, and maintaining emergency contact databases. You will also take a lead role in assisting with student visa and immigration processes, helping to facilitate a seamless international education experience. As this is a live-in role based at the Marist Florence Residence, you will also work closely with the Residence Life Coordinator to support and oversee student housing facilities. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison in supporting visits from the Marist home campus, exchange faculty, and prospective students or families.
