Marist Italy is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the team in beautiful Florence. Position Overview: The Program Coordinator position is an integral part of Marist Italy’s branch campus operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating student activities, managing student events, supporting housing supervision, and maintaining emergency contact databases. You will also take a lead role in assisting with student visa and immigration processes, helping to facilitate a seamless international education experience. As this is a live-in role based at the Marist Florence Residence, you will also work closely with the Residence Life Coordinator to support and oversee student housing facilities. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison in supporting visits from the Marist home campus, exchange faculty, and prospective students or families. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role, so having existing work permission for Italy is essential. Skills and Experience in International Education: Familiarity with visa and immigration processes is highly beneficial, as this is a critical component of the Program Coordinator’s responsibilities. Highlight any relevant experience in this area. Prior experience working with international students or in globally-minded educational settings is an asset.
