Position Overview
Join CIEE’s vibrant team in Melbourne as a full-time Program Coordinator. In this key role, you will support and enhance the experience of inbound U.S. study abroad students, ensuring their educational journey in Melbourne is both seamless and enriching. Reporting to the Centre Director, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining efficient centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to students for a positive study abroad experience.
• Organize and facilitate cultural activities, excursions, and social events to enrich student experiences.
• Deliver administrative support across communications, social media, finance, and logistics for smooth program operations.
• Maintain student participation records and collaborate on planning and evaluating program initiatives.
• Serve as the main contact for students, encouraging open communication and offering guidance.
• Continuously improve student programs by proposing innovative ideas and feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience in student services or program coordination, ideally in an international or educational context.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with a diverse student body.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with student information systems.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
