We are seeking a Pro Vice-Chancellor, Student Equity & Success to develop a unique transition pedagogy that meets the needs of our students. This leadership opportunity is based in Hobart, Launceston, or Burnie and offers the chance to leverage data analytics to support student equity and achievement. As the successful candidate, you will strategically lead an integrated approach to student engagement and optimize the analysis of predictive student data for tailored interventions. Additionally, you will conceptualize and deliver academic elements that support the university’s strategic purpose and lead a large professional team.
