In this role, you will be instrumental in driving research, innovation, and global engagement. You will foster a strong research culture, enhance the university’s global presence, oversee online programs, provide students with global experiences, and expand research and knowledge exchange in an international context. To achieve these objectives, you will collaborate with senior colleagues to attract and retain talented researchers, develop research frameworks, implement knowledge exchange plans, advise on research policies, ensure that research informs curriculum development, and deliver outstanding results and growth in online taught programs. Furthermore, the role entails representing the university both nationally and internationally, chairing crucial research and knowledge exchange groups, leading internationalization efforts, and cultivating partnerships with external organizations.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Board, you will also contribute to strategic development and corporate management. Acting as an ambassador for the university, you will uphold its values and champion equality, diversity, and inclusion.
