Escape Studios is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Postgraduate and International Admissions Officer. This position is full-time and permanent, and the successful candidate will report to the Admissions and International Student Manager. The role is based at our location in North Greenwich.
As the Postgraduate and International Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for providing crucial support for all aspects of the international and postgraduate admissions process. Your main objective will be to ensure that our admissions service is effective, timely, and customer-focused, maximizing student recruitment and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and implementing administration processes to ensure compliance with UKVI licensing regulations, contacting potential postgraduate applicants, responding to applicant inquiries, and recording activities in our CRM system. You will also support events, collaborate with the finance department on payments and invoices, ensure compliance with attendance monitoring systems, and keep updated on UKVI requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning and development of the admissions process, represent Escape Studios internally and externally, and take on any additional duties assigned by the Admissions and International Student Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position will be proactive, have excellent planning and organizing skills, possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and have a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree or equivalent experience, substantial experience in international student admissions and postgraduate admissions, extensive experience in using information technology for data management, and current knowledge of UKVI compliance and regulations.
