Escape Studios is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a PG and International Admissions Officer. This full-time, permanent position is located at our office in North Greenwich and reports to the Admissions and International Student Manager.
As the PG and International Admissions Officer, your main responsibility will be to provide crucial support for all aspects of the international and postgraduate admissions process. This includes ensuring an effective and timely service that focuses on customer satisfaction and maximizes student recruitment. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing administration processes for UKVI license compliance, contacting potential PG applicants, responding to applicant inquiries, and recording activities in the CRM system.
Other responsibilities include supporting events, collaborating with the finance department on payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with attendance monitoring systems, and maintaining knowledge of UKVI requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning and development of the admissions process and represent Escape internally and externally as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should be proactive and have excellent planning and organizing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are also essential, as well as a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity. Qualifications for this position include a degree or equivalent experience, substantial experience in international student admissions and post-graduate admissions, extensive experience in using information technology for data management, and current knowledge of UKVI compliance and regulations.
