**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and highly professional individual to join our busy Placements team within the Faculty as a Placements and Study Exchange Manager. Our team plays a crucial role in researching and developing placement opportunities both in the UK and abroad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the placements program across several departments. Your duties will include ensuring that our services are efficient and effective while adapting to any changes. You’ll also focus on developing common systems and processes based on best practices, supporting the Placements Team consistently.

Additionally, you will manage the study exchange program’s operations in the Department of Economics. This includes maintaining partnerships and ensuring student processes are clear and well-publicized. Moreover, you’ll assist the Head of Employability in identifying internal synergies and contribute to creating a Faculty strategic plan for potentially expanding study exchanges.

This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Employability to deliver placements and exchanges aligned with the Faculty’s dedication to enhancing undergraduate student employability. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and traits:
