### About the Role

The primary objectives of this position are to manage co-funded scholarship programs that aid international student recruitment, increase both the quantity and quality of PhD students enrolling at Queen Mary University of London, and facilitate broader partnership development. By achieving these goals, the role will significantly contribute to Queen Mary’s international marketing efforts, helping to elevate its profile and maximize student recruitment through collaborative arrangements.

This role is part of the Global Engagement Office and involves close collaboration with the International Student Recruitment team, UK Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Doctoral College teams.

### About You

We are looking for a self-driven professional in International Higher Education to join us as the PGR Recruitment, Partnerships, and Sponsor Relations Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the development, management, and success of Queen Mary’s global partnerships. You should have a proven record in building relationships with stakeholders and proficiency in analyzing and presenting data to inform decision-making.

### About the Department

The Global Engagement Office, part of the External Relations Directorate, is tasked with marketing Queen Mary’s profile and educational offerings and recruiting students both domestically and internationally. The office aims to attract international students, promote short-term study opportunities, and lead Queen Mary’s international partnership initiatives. Our team, consisting of over 30 staff members, is based in London as well as in key locations worldwide, including Beijing, Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, Lahore, and Wisconsin. We work closely with colleagues across External Relations and our academic Schools.
