We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, organizing international travel arrangements, and providing administrative support, sometimes involving highly sensitive information, to Professor Terry Lyons and the DataSig project. This is a fixed-term, part-time position (0.5FTE).
We are looking for a top-notch communicator who can handle diverse and intricate queries with initiative. You should be able to establish strong relationships with various individuals both within and outside the University. Additionally, we expect you to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially when senior academic staff are unavailable.
Your direct supervisor will be the Programme Manager, and you will collaborate closely to assist Professor Lyons and the DataSig project. Your tasks will involve delivering excellent customer service, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a stimulating research environment.
