AFS Intercultural is seeking a Partnership Specialist to join their digital education programs team. The position is based in New York City, New York, but remote work from other US locations is also available. The salary for this full-time role is $50,000-$55,000 per year, plus benefits. As a Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing the Global Up Programs within US Higher Education Institutions. This includes providing demos of the programs, designing outreach methods to attract new clients and partnerships, and evaluating fee-for-service opportunities. You will also negotiate with partners to maximize partnerships, provide ongoing client support, and manage a network of facilitators. Additionally, you will contribute to market analysis and marketing efforts, attend conferences, and support conference planning.

The ideal candidate should have a BA in a related field, at least 2 years of experience in program coordination or sales, and a strong background in intercultural learning and communications. Experience in educational programs and teaching/training is preferred, especially in adult and non-formal education. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The ability to work independently and within a team, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with GSuite are also required. This role may involve up to 30% domestic and international travel.
