Partnerships Senior Administrator at University of Sussex

**About the Role**

We are looking to hire a Global Partnerships Senior Administrator to join our Global Partnerships team within the Global Engagement Office. This role is crucial as we work towards achieving the global goals outlined in the Sussex 2035 Strategy. It’s an exciting period to join the University of Sussex, as we continue to expand our success in global engagement.

Global engagement is a top priority for the University, with a strong commitment to integrate internationalization within our education system and enhance our global research profile. The University is in search of an experienced and professional administrator to support its partnerships operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, demonstrating tact and cultural sensitivity. They should possess the administrative expertise necessary for detailed financial and logistical oversight of activities supported by Global Partnerships, along with ensuring accurate progress reporting. Above all, we need someone with initiative, a proactive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering consistent, high-quality service.

**About You**

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within Higher Education. You should be capable of managing your own workload and providing support to colleagues when necessary. Clear communication with the team, line management, and stakeholders is essential. Experience working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds would be advantageous.
